Little things.

 Last time we were doing a shoot, we asked an owner of a little boutique/ gift shop, if we can borrow her vintage bench for a second. Not only she said YES but she asked if she can hire me to take pro photos of her shop for an advert. I said YES. She was my first official client, and I really enjoyed the feeling that passion can be not only a hobby but a way to earn some pocket money ^^ So today, I photographed beautiful things in Angel's beautiful gift shop.

Because of some health problems, I am not staying in London for the first part of summer, BUT no worries, I already have some amazing model in mind (from Poland , in Poland;) as well designers, so THERE WILL BE MORE AND MORE of my work- no break planned so far;)

Thank you for your support and for being interested in my art... means a lot at this stage of my career, it means everything actually.

Oh and just to make everyone smile, here is a photo of my little boyfriend (my real boyfriend's little brother)-  I call it:

Given a chance I wanna be somebody else

  The feeling when somebody notices you and trusts you with something that big- priceless. Kyle lo Monaco- an amazing stylist and model- asked if I wanna help him do the 'icons' project- couple of models would be dressed as famous fashion icons, like Johnny Depp, Prince etc. and I would help him to find locations and do shoots with them. What did I say?? Hell yeah! I was typing the reply so fast that I missed a lot of letters, but fortunately Kyle understood one thing- I was in ^^
So here I present you some of the results. Young Bob Dylan, Prince, Holland, Johnny Depp and Maroon 5 leader- Adam Levine.  Thank you guys so much, that was my first time(s) to work with male models and that was really not that scary! It turned out, models are actually people!;)  <3

The Secret of Marie Louise

                                                                            18th May

Marie Louis- a model from best 20 Britain's next Top Model. She applied to work with me a long time ago,and from time to time, I was getting back to her profile- there was something about her I loved. Her beauty is not an obvious one, so will the audience like her? I did and I still do. So I contacted her and we set up a date!

On the day, everything went wrong! And I really mean everything! 11 pm the day before, Marie texted me she is stuck in Monaco. So even if she made it for the morning meeting, she will be dead (and believe me: you don't wan't any dead feeling people on a set!) Then, when I finally fell asleep, my MUA wakes me up at....3.30 am (that's right!) to tell me she is in hospital with her friend and won't make it. What shall the photographer do in that case? Be understandable? Say: ohh no worries,hun!  ? Maybe. But not me! When I want something to happen, it happens. So: I called her early 7.30 am and bagged her to come, I think she might have been still drunk from the party last night, but she would never let me down- so she agrees.

2 hours already late, my artist shows up but model's phone is switched off. The weather is already not too good and here is Marie texting me she is running to the toilet! then she texts me again: 'oh shit they want to charge me 20p for the toilet?? no way, i am not going so I am on my way!' That made me smile for a while, but as we were looking at the only toilet at the station, I figured she is not AT out station. Long story short, we made it to the set, and nice builders even let us change and put make up in the busy, party room.  The weather bad, the make up artist still a little drunk and the model exhausted but thanks to their professionalism (i am not being sarcastic here!;p) we made it! Oh, and the designs from Shi Boxie, japanese designer.... yummy. :)   <3 enjoy!

No matter what, I'll be just fine.

A stunning old friend from mine. I don't know her well, so she is a big secret for me. What I do know and remember about her is that she believes in that old fashion, romantic love stories. Maybe it's weird for nowadays, but I find it cute. And inspirational as hell <3 

What am I waiting for?

My first, official fashion shoot. I was pretty scared at the beginning, but once I met my team and a model, Sadie- it was just fine. Richmond Park I knew just from the photos online, I simple typed in 'parks' and picked the middle one in google search;) A good choice. A little distracted from starring tourists, I tried to focus on finding the best light and of course (how much i hate these...)technical stuff. Directing was easy. Sadie was exactly what  I wanted her to be- fragile, looking a little bit scared (hopefully not of me!) innocent girl in Louis de Gama, BEAUTIFUL dresses... Oh, and of course: special thanks for the designer!! You knew I was a total starter, and yet you trusted me with your designs. <3 Lots of fun, some stress as the MUA said in the middle of the shot: I have to go,guys, BUT we did well, didn't we? :) Oh and yeah, the little heart that didn't come off the model's chick! yeah...was fun <3
